1. The Will must be in writing.
2. The Will must be signed by the Testator/Testratrix at the end of the Will and
it is always advised to sign on each page of the Will.
3. The Testator's signature must be witnessed by two independent witnesses.
A beneficiary cannot witness a Will.
4. The witnesses must sign the Will in the presence of the Testator and each
other. It is always advised to use the same pen.
