I think everyone should have access to a simple Will and avoid the Laws of Intestacy . Simply put, without a Will, the Government’s laws determine who gets what. My mission is to reach out to as many people as I can. I want to make it simple, easy and affordable.
I don’t see why the Big Law Firms charge so much for a basic Will. And then they’ll charge extra for an Enduring Power of Attorney and an Enduring Power of Guardianship. My belief is that all three documents should be packaged into one, easy, affordable solution, so that you can get on with living!
