The “Package”

Standard Will + Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA) + Enduring Power of Guardianship (EPG).

I urge you to consider the Package because a Will alone is not the solution. If you have an accident, or lose your faculties in any way (but are still living) your Will does not activate. In these circumstances, it is wise to have an Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA) and Enduring Power of Guardianship (EPG)  in place. In fact, I don’t understand why all legal advisors do not insist on it!

These are the lowest prices available anywhere. I urge you to search out a better offer and if you find one** I will beat it by 10%.

** This is based on good faith. If you provide a legitimate quote from a legally qualified solicitor providing the same service, I will beat it by 10%. Afterall, I just want everyone to have a Will in place.

Please note: prices are based on a standard Will. Some circumstances may require more complex Wills resulting in fees above the standard rate for simple Wills. This would be discussed clearly at the outset and a quotation provided.

The Process

There is no excuse not to have a Will. And there is no need to search further for a better solution.

Once you have made contact

I will meet you at your home, your office, or your favourite coffee shop.
I will discuss your specific circumstances with you for as long as you need. I will not rush the process if you are not ready.
If possible, I will draft and print your Will at the one appointment. All clauses will be explained in plain English and any amendments that might be necessary will then be made.
Once you are happy, the final Will is printed, bound and signed.
I will then offer advice on how and where to store your Will.

Appointments are available from 9 AM to 6:30 PM Monday to Saturday.
